    The Palacio holiday home is located right on the seafront by the small marina of Son Serra de Marina. The entire bay of Alcúdia is right on your doorstep, and inside the house is an 11-metre long indoor pool. Four bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. If the wind is whistling outside, you can simply swim inside.

    The Palacio holiday home is a modern designer villa right by the marina of Son Serra de Marina on the north coast of Mallorca. Bright, minimalist, large windows – with the Bay of Alcúdia as the star attraction. You can walk to the natural beaches of Sa Canova and Son Real in just a few minutes.

    On the ground floor, you will find the living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and satellite TV, a designer kitchen with a utility room, and a shower room. On the first floor are three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, and at the very top is the master suite with its own bathroom, seating area, and panoramic views stretching to the mountains. Air conditioning in all bedrooms, central heating for the winter.

    The highlight is the 11 x 4 metre indoor pool, atmospherically lit and with loungers at the edge. Outside, a 200 m² terrace wraps around the house, accompanied by a roof terrace, a built-in barbecue with a sink, and an outdoor dining table.Ideal for four couples or two families who want to see the sea but don't want to miss out on the pool – even in winter.

    We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.

    And if we have to cancel?

    Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.

    Is there a deposit?

    For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.

    Who helps us on site?

    We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.
