Before you ask
What happens after I enquire?
We check the dates directly with the house and send you a binding offer within 24 hours. Nothing is booked until you say yes.
And if we have to cancel?
Up to 90 days before: 30 %, 89–60 days: 50 %, 59–30 days: 80 %, after that 100 % of the rental price. If the house is re-let, those costs are waived.
Is there a deposit?
For many houses, yes – usually 500 €. It is paid on arrival and refunded after you leave.
Who helps us on site?
We do – with people on Mallorca and the red phone: 24 hours, one number, almost anything possible.

Ja, alle Schlafzimmer sind klimatisiert, dazu gibt es Ventilatoren und eine Zentralheizung.
Wie weit ist es zum Strand?
Das Meer ist nur 250 m entfernt, der nächste Sandstrand 500 m. Supermarkt und Restaurants erreicht ihr in 200 m zu Fuß.
Was ist im Preis enthalten?
Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Endreinigung, Strom und eine wöchentliche Reinigung sind inklusive. Vor Ort kommt nur die Ecotasa (Touristensteuer der Balearen) dazu.
