Terms and Conditions of the WOW Giveaway

In short: Every booking is one entry. If you book via the WOW PLANNER, you get two. In December, we will raffle off a finca weekend and 5 extras.

1. Organizer

The organizer of the annual raffle "The WOW Giveaway" (hereinafter "Raffle") is finca-ferienhaus S.L., trading under the brand WOW FINCA, Carrer Unió núm. 10, 2ºA, 07001 Palma, Illes Balears, España, NIF/CIF: B21957956, Telephone: +49 (0) 2571 – 58 39 181, E-Mail: post@wow-finca.de (hereinafter "WOW FINCA" or "we"). The raffle is in no way affiliated with Shopify, Meta, Google, or any other platforms.

2. Eligibility

Participation is open to natural persons aged 18 and over residing in Germany who book a finca with WOW FINCA. Employees of WOW FINCA and companies involved in the raffle, as well as their relatives, are excluded.

3. Participation Period and Draw

The raffle takes place once a year. The first participation period begins with the launch of the campaign on wow-finca.de and ends on November 30, 2026 (11:59 PM); the first draw will take place in the first week of December 2026. Subsequently, each participation period runs from December 1 to November 30 of the following year, with the draw taking place in the first week of December. Entries are not carried over to the next participation period.

4. Entries

Every booking of a finca at WOW FINCA for which a booking confirmation is issued during the participation period automatically receives 1 entry. If the booked finca was requested via a trip in the WOW PLANNER on wow-finca.de (the inquiry contains the link to this trip), the booking receives 2 entries. The WOW FINCA team will verify whether a booking was made via the WOW PLANNER based on the inquiry.

Entries belong to the booking, not to individual persons. Multiple bookings each receive their own entries. If a booking is canceled, its entries are forfeited. No separate registration or additional payment is required.

5. Prizes

There are six prizes per draw:

1 Grand Prize: an extended weekend in a WOW FINCA on Mallorca – 3 nights in the low season (November 1 to March 31) in the season following the draw; for the first draw in December 2026, this means from November 1, 2027, to March 31, 2028. The finca and date will be determined by mutual agreement. Occupancy is subject to the maximum permitted number of persons for the finca. Final cleaning is included. Winners are responsible for paying the security deposit and tourist tax.
5 Extras: private chef evening, boat day, refrigerator stocking, yoga for the group, and wine tasting. An extra will be redeemed during the winners' next stay in a WOW FINCA and is valid for 12 months from the date of notification.

Each booking can win at most one prize per draw. The prize belongs to the booking and can be used jointly by the booking's travel group. Specifically excluded are travel to and from the destination, rental cars, meals (unless part of an extra), insurance, and personal expenses. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be paid out in cash. If a prize is not redeemed within the designated period, it will be forfeited without replacement.

6. Draw, Verification, and Notification

All six prizes will be drawn at random from the entries of all participating bookings of the concluded participation period; the grand prize is drawn first, followed by the five extras in succession. Each entry has the same chance of winning. If a booking is drawn that has already won, another draw will take place. If fewer bookings participate than there are prizes, only as many prizes will be awarded as there are participating bookings.

Before notification, the WOW FINCA team will check each drawn booking (in particular, whether it is still active and not canceled, and whether entries via the WOW PLANNER were correctly assigned). If this is not the case, another draw will take place. Winners will be notified in the first week of December via the e-mail address provided at the time of booking. If the person who made the booking does not respond within 14 days, the prize is forfeited and a new draw will take place.

With the winners' consent, their first name, the initial of their last name, and their place of residence may be published.

7. Exclusion

WOW FINCA may exclude participants who violate these terms, provide false information, or manipulate the process (e.g., through sham or multiple bookings that are later canceled). In such cases, entries and prizes may also be revoked retrospectively.

8. Premature Termination

WOW FINCA may interrupt or terminate the raffle in whole or in part for good cause, particularly if proper execution cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

9. Data Protection

For the raffle, we process data from the booking and, if applicable, from the WOW PLANNER (in particular name, e-mail address, and details of the inquiry and booking). The data will only be used to conduct the raffle and will be deleted thereafter, provided there are no legal retention obligations. 10. Liability

WOW FINCA is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health; otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The respective partner is liable for services provided by partners as part of the extras.

11. Final Provisions

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply; mandatory consumer protection regulations remain unaffected. Legal recourse is excluded regarding the determination of winners. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. WOW FINCA may amend these terms with effect for the future; entries already assigned remain unaffected.
