Island knowledge
How the Mallorcans do it
Mallorca has two wine denominations of its own: Binissalem and Pla i Llevant. And the oranges? The most famous grow in the Sóller valley. Salut.
For children
Make a separate jug for the kids: orange juice, lemonade, lots of fruit and ice – it looks just the same.
Leftovers for tomorrow
Spoon the fruit from the jug over yogurt or ice cream tomorrow – it's especially aromatic by then.
