The party basics

All drinks →

Delivered in packs – crate, tray or carton. You’ll find the price per bottle or can on each product. Alcohol only for persons aged 18 and over.

In short: The WOW BAR delivers drinks for parties in Mallorca – beer, prosecco, aperitivo, gin, vodka, tonic, soft drinks and water, by the crate to your Finca or venue. Order small parties directly, send us an enquiry for big ones.

The best party is the one where nobody has to drive to the drinks shop halfway through. No boot full of crates, no debate about who stays sober, no hunt for ice at 10 pm. You take care of the guests. We take care of what goes in the glasses.

For which occasions?

  • Birthday by the pool: Salitos, Hugo and Sprizz for the afternoon, gin and tonic for the evening.
  • Company party and team event: Prosecco on arrival, wine with dinner, alcohol-free options for everyone who has to present the next morning.
  • Summer party at the country estate: A long table, lots of guests, nothing is allowed to run out.
  • The small private party: Twelve friends, one terrace, one fridge that needs to be full.

The brands

We deliver the brands you'll find behind the good bars in Mallorca: prosecco and aperitivo from Scavi & Ray, Salitos, 9 Mile Vodka, Sears Gin, tonic and ginger beer from Goldberg, effect Energy and water from Acqua Morelli. The full range is in the WOW BAR.

How much do we need?

The tried-and-tested rule of thumb: one drink per guest per hour, more like two in the first hour. Plus at least one litre of water per person. For a party with 30 guests over five hours, that's around 180 drinks plus 30 to 45 litres of water. How that splits into beer, wine and long drinks is explained in our guide How many drinks per guest?

How it works

  1. Small party: Add drinks to your cart, choose a delivery date, done.
  2. Big event: Send an enquiry with date, number of guests and location.
  3. Proposal: We work out the quantities and send you a selection with prices.
  4. Delivery: We bring everything to your Finca or venue. On request, we'll also ask about a mobile bar counter.

No Finca for the party yet? Under Fincas for groups you'll find houses with room for everyone. And if you'd like a chef for dinner: Private Chef.
