In short: The WOW BAR delivers prosecco, wine, gin, tonic and water for your wedding in Mallorca – to the Finca, the hotel or the venue. You tell us the date and the number of guests, we work out the quantities and put the selection together.

A wedding in Mallorca has exactly one problem nobody likes to talk about: logistics. Who gets eighty bottles of wine up a hill near Santanyí? Who remembers the still water for Grandma? And who has actually calculated whether the gin will last until midnight? That's what we're here for.

From the champagne reception to the last gin and tonic

A wedding has three drinks phases, and each one needs something different:

• Reception: Prosecco from Scavi & Ray, rosé works too – plus an alcohol-free spumante for everyone who's driving or wants to raise a glass without drinking.
• Dinner: A white like the Lugana, a red like the Primitivo, plus still and sparkling water from Acqua Morelli in glass bottles.
• Party: Gin with Goldberg Tonic, vodka, ready-made cocktails and energy drinks for the dance floor.

Order or enquire?

For a small wedding with twenty guests, just add the drinks to your cart. For anything bigger, send us the enquiry at the bottom of this page. You'll get a proposal with quantities and price that you can still adjust. A mobile bar counter is available on request.

Gassi once took charge of the drinks planning at a wedding. He had a spreadsheet, three colours and a theory about thirst as a function of the sun's position. At 11 pm the gin ran out. Since then, he does the maths with us.
